I am working on a LEED v.2009 CS project, using deafault occupancy Core and Shell Appendix 1. I assume that FTE and transients here are average transients? In the SSc4.2 form I am asked to enter the peak building users (FTE+ Peak transients), how do I calculate the peak transients? By adding another 10%? Does peak FTE have to be calculated and entered here too, or only peak transients?
