Hi, I am working on a project with 3 towers over a shared 2-storey basement. Each tower is being certified separately.

We have had recent guide from USGBC, that also in case of under building parking roof SRI requirements are to be met. Even if there is eight floors of office in between.

Tenant Guidelines credit substitution to v4?

Now that Tenant Guidelines in v2009 are a bit dated, I’m referring to that CI v2009 no longer exists for new projects, wouldn’t it make more sense to use v4 credit requirements instead?
