Our project is mixed use, roughly 1/3 retail, 1/3 residential and 1/3 hotel. We want to apply for Innovation for the use of Smart Home systems in the residential part.

Kindly advise on software which can be used in Pakistan, their cost and complexity of use.

We have a project space where the built up area is 2 lakh sqft out of which the conditioned space is 1000 sqft. Is energy modeling necessary in this scenario?

Hi, my project is a mix use building with two buildings connected via a commercial area below, a residential and hotel in one block and a office tower in the other.

I am working on EB Project in LEED V4. In V4 the advance sub-metering is required 1. Chilled water System: Chiller and Chilled water pumps 2.

I am working on the project where whole building have occupancy sensor. does need to install 50% of the multi occupant space have lighting control by dimmer.

I think this credit is for fresh air requirement. Is there any requirement for Exhaust rates, are they need to documented for this credit Our project have store rooms as per local Fire and safety
