LEED Certification

Hi!

We are planning for LEED certification of a project with the following characteristics. It is a single building with multiple structures within the LEED boundary carrying out interrelated manufacturing operations managed by a single company. All resources i.e. energy, water etc are managed centrally and all facilities i.e toilets, canteens etc are commonly shared.

We would be thankful if you could let us know whether it would be possible to register the project under NC as a single building with multiple structures.

Thank you!

KC, it sounds like it could be a single-building NC certification, based on your description of shared energy, water, and management. I would recommend contacting GBCI to double-check during your registration process, as this choice is critical to the rest of your LEED process.
