Is outdoor air quality testing required in a space using natural ventilation?
What options are available to projects outside the US to meet this prerequisite?
Can LEED 2009 projects elect to follow ASHRAE 62.1-2010 for this prerequisite?
Which units should be included in the calculations for this prerequisite?

Dinesh, remembering item 2.3 of ASHRAE 62.1 2007: Additional requirements for laboratory, industrial, health care, and other spaces may be dictated by workplace and other standards, as well as by the processes occurring within the space.
I'd use daycare sickroom because of its people and area air rates seem to be similar of a doctor room.

Your best bet would be to reference ASHRAE 170 for this space. They have many types of healthcare spaces listed. IYour exact numbers will depend on what exactly you are doing in the space.
