Non-certified buildings in LEED boundary

I have a project that is all new construction. There are 3 buildings on the site. The main building which is what the owner wants to be LEED Certified. Another building is a shed building.

We found that CBECS data was more conservative than the metered water use for kitchen areas from comp projects in the portfolio.

Our project is a machine/model-making shop in an art and design college. There are 4, ungendered, single-user bathrooms that all occupants have access to (no other bathrooms).
