One Tenant - two spaces across a public corridor - can this be certified as one project?

I'm working on a residential building with about a dozen apartments and limited common area.  The apartments have their own utility meters, sand ownership has no ability to read those meters (

Hi, I am working on a Data Center and I am confused if we should model UPS rooms for LEED and what schedule should I use since its a backup supply room incase the power goes .
