We are filling out the Confirmation of Agent's Authority. Does the agent need to be the LEED Accredited Professional or can it be me, the lowly non LEED certified person?

The authority does not have to be the same person as the project's LEED AP. It should be whoever has the client's authority to act on their behalf.
