Walk-in coolers and freezers

I am modeling a 35,000 sf cafeteria that has seven walk-in coolers/freezers with total floor area of about 1700 sf. They are in the basement and first floor of the building.

There is a library project I'm working on which has a policy of no smoking within 100 feet from the entrance.  The thing is it is next to neighboring business that are are within the 100 feet

Does it matter the type of signage that's displayed at the entries of the building?  I have a contractor who placed a paper sign behind the glass door of the main entrance, which clearly

Hi I am Modeling a DHW system and most of my savings are coming from Insulation in the heater tank, now the LEED reviewer said that the savings should be modeled with Exceptional Calculation MEthod

Hi - Are projects that are pursuing the onsite habitat protection/restoration credit allowed to go for this Pilot in addition, or is this considered to be an alternate compliance path only?
