Quick question that I’m hoping you can help me with. When you submit credits and LEED comes back with a review, is that the first and only review?

Using a newer version of 90.1 than what LEED specifies

NC-2009 EAp2:Minimum Energy Performance

I am working on a project that was registered under LEED NC 2.2. Will the USGBC allow us to apply requirements from 90.1 - 2010 to the project instead of 90.1 - 2004?
