Regional points for EAc1 - Optimize Energy Performance

My project has EA c1 listed as a possible Regional Priority credit. This credit allows 1-19 points, does my project apply for a Regional credit if I get even (1) point on EAc1? Or is there a threshold I have to meet for EAc1, or do you have to achieve the maximum 19 points?

It depends on your zip code. You can look up the threshold on this web page www.usgbc.org/rpc

Based on my zip code - this credit EAc1 is available for regional priority - but it doesn't have any language on how many points need to be achieved before you get an additional regional priority credit.

what zip code are you in? I want to look at the same page you're looking at. Usually it lists a threshold or path and if none is listed then I'd assume you earn it by achieving the lowest threshold.

The regional priority web says says you need to achieve the threshold of 48% reduction for a new building or 44% for an existing building to earn the extra point in that zip code. http://www.usgbc.org/rpc

Ok, I see this now - so you have to achieve the full 19 points on EA c1 then, makes it a little harder!
