NC-2009 RPc1:Regional Priority

RP for Credits with multiple thresholds

Can a project achieve the Regional Priority point without hitting the higher threshold of a credit? E.g., if the project's RP includes WEc1, will we achieve the RP point if we just reach 50% reduction instead of the entire 100% (no potable water use)? Or is it credit specific - in which case I am referring specifically to WEc1. Thanks.

What zip code are you in? it should say what threshold... for example, in Atlanta we get an RP point for a 30% energy cost reduction... and the threshold/path is listed when I search for the RP here http://www.usgbc.org/rpc

Kathryn, it's vague: "WEc1 | Up to 4 points Options: Reduce by 50% Options: No Potable/Irrigation" I'd interpret that as either option will achieve the RPc. Has anyone else had this experience?

It seems to me that no threshold is given so you have either option available. For some odd reason the credit options are included in the RPC language.

I agree that either option appears to count for your particular situation.
