Pilot Credit for EPDs vs. V2009 MR4 and MR5?

Is it allowed to persue V4 Building product disclosure and optimization - environmental product declarations as a pilot credit, under Innovation in Design,  while also persuing V2009 MR4 and MR5...

I would like to ask if innovation credit from LEED v4 ‘WELL Features’ can be acceptable in LEED v3 in the innovation category?
