For Option 1 Cooling Tower Cycles of Concentration, in addition to filling out the Potable water analysis table and uploading "a narrative describing the methodology that was used to conduct the potable water analysis and the location where the potable water was measured, OR, upload the results of the analysis done by the project team or municipality" the credit form requires that project teams "upload manufacturer information used to determine the maximum cycles of concentration for the installed system." What exactly is supposed to be in the 2nd upload, and how is it supposed to provide additional information to what was entered into the Potable water analysis table and provided in the 1st upload?
