This credit is called Interior Lighting. Option 2 Strategy C says "for total connected lighting load", so does exterior lighting need to be included for lamp life?

Hello, I am studying for my LEED Green Associate Exam. Under "Open Space" it states 25% of the 30% must be vegetated (turf grass does not count as vegetation).
