Upgrade from LEED v4 to LEED v5

Does anyone know if projects registered in LEED v4 are eligible to upgrade to LEED v5 for specific credits?

This pilot credit is our first go-to in our office because we work on DoD projects, and the requirements are already covered under UFCs. No design impact.

We have an insulation material that can comply either as inherently non-emitting or meets general emissions evaluation, and has been checked as inherently non-emitting by the contractor,
