I am looking at a chemical free cooling tower maintenance system that returns huge water savings. Is there a threshold on the number of credits for one facility component?

I am working on a dormitory project with mainly single bedrooms. Can I count these rooms like private offices and not have to calculate the actual area in each space?

We have a number of LEED projects in infill locations in Ireland. Since we don't really have a standard code for site Erosion and Sedimentation we have to stick to the U.S.
