How to fill out the Credit form for IEQc5 for a 100% outdoor air system that does not require OA monitoring?

I have a 100% OA ERU that operates constantly on an occupancy schedule. There is no Outdoor airflow monitoring device on the unit and no CO2 sensors for the densely occupied spaces.

Hi,

What is the reason behind the 300 lux-3000 lux threshold?  Does above 3000 lux refer to areas that glare occurs?  What are the references behind these thresholds?

Has anyone heard of using ASHRAE 90.1-2010 section 8.4.2 Automatic Receptacle Control within LEED version 3 to show load reductions for the plug loads.
