I have had success acting as the fundamental & enhanced CxA as an employee of the project architect as long as the design team included an outside MEP engineer in v2009.  I'm wondering if anyone has submitted this scenario under v4?

Haven't submitted but the one scenario where I would think this would not work is if you are doing envelop commissioning.
