Hello Everyone,

One quick question regarding SSc7.1

For Option 2, to comply with 50% of parking spaces undercover:

Does the credit refer to the total number Parking Spaces Onsite? Or the number of parking spaces required by local code for the LEED building?

Our project has additional parking, meaning it exceeds the local code parking requirements.

The LEED reference guide says: “Determine the total number of parking spaces within the project boundary”

Has anyone documented this credit only considering the minimum of parking spaces required by local code?
