We are currently under preliminary design review on a LEED 2009 Schools (split review) project. We received LEED prelim. review comments and are in the process of concluding them and submitting for final design review. When can we begin uploading and completing the online forms for construction related credits? Do we have to wait for final design review to be completed or can we begin immediately (as final design review is taking place) making sure we don't check construction credits as "ready"?
Thank you.

During the review by GBCI the project team does not have access to their project in LEED Online. So you can work on the construction credits while you are responding to the design preliminary review. After you submit the design credits you will again not have access until after they have been returned.

Hi Marcus - The information you shared regarding limited access to construction credits was true for the previous version of LEED Online (LEED Online v3, and maybe even LEED Online v2). However, I checked with USGBC Technology Team who said that with the current (new) LEED Online (https://lo.usgbc.org/), users are only locked out of credits that are under review. All other credits are accessible for completing forms and uploading documents.
