For residential projects, the Pilot credit for Exterior Noise Control requires a "maximum interior noise level (Lmax) or 45 dBA." Is that fast or slow weighted?

Glare control: UGR <19,

For glare control one of the options, to obtain the credit, is having a value of <19 UGR, but is this value an average of the full calculation or it is the maximum value?
