Hi, I think that this is a very helpfull credit for all the buildings that does not have a cooling tower in their HVAC systems.
Although water cooled chillers may be sometimes more efficient that air cooled chillers, just the fact of having this condensed water little drops contribute both to environmental polution and to to unnecesary clean water usage.
