Does anyone know if you can achieve a point for CO2 monitors without any densely occupied spaces? We are thinking of placing some in open office areas that are less than 25 people / 1000sf.

That's a really good question, having CO2 monitors in open offices is beneficial but since it's not required by IECC or ASHRAE, it's not covered in LEED either but this is v4.0. if you substitute to v4.1 then you would qualify for strategy 10.

Jesse, did you receive any feedback from GBCI on this question? I am working on a project where we have a similar question - no spaces at 25 people/1000sf, but we do have a conference room that may meet the intent if we install CO2 monitors.
Looking at the v4.1 requirements, I'm not seeing any changes to the credit language that mentions buildings without densely occupied spaces.
