Pilot credit wakable site

We chose to achieve a pilot credit called wakable sites. Unfortunately we discoverad that the credit is closed. We have register the project on LEED online but not registered this specific credit.

I have a project that recieved LEED BD+C: New Construction v2 - LEED 2.2 in 2014. They recieved a credit for water reduction with low flow toilets.

We have a five-acre site with multiple buildings. However, we are pursuing certification for only one of the buildings. Does the entire site have to meet the prerequisite?

We have a project space where the built up area is 2 lakh sqft out of which the conditioned space is 1000 sqft. Is energy modeling necessary in this scenario?

I am not quite sure if this is the USGBC's intent, and maybe I'm a nitpicker, but:

-Biofuel "(in some cases)" is eligible, the "some cases" are not further described

In this project there is only a very limited number of parking spaces (44 for >10.000m² office space).

Car Park Ventilation

In relation to car park ventilation that will only operate in the event of high carbon monoxide i.e under normal circumstances will be off.
