ND-Plan-v4 MPR3:Must comply with project size requirements

Minimun size

What is the minimum size for a LEED ND Project? I just found this about the maximum. "The LEED project should contain at least two habitable buildings and be no larger than 1500 acres." Thanks in advance

Nubia, there is no minimum land area required for an ND project; nor is there a minimum floor area for the two required buildings. Note that USGBC staff advised on 11-11-2014 that the v4 ND Reference Guide MPR section on project size (p52) has a typo: the word "should" is replaced by "must," so that the requirement reads "The LEED project must contain at least two..." Hi, Eliot! t The project must have at least two habitable buildings, but it would necessarily residential buildings? Would this "habitation" word be in the sense of residence itself?
