Please exclude artifical (plastic + forever chemicals) for ground cover.
Artifical turf contains a class of chemicals called PFAS.

Regional/country-specific (non-US) benchmarks should be allowed outside the U.S. for the right assessments.

Schools should be able to start bike lanes on their property and connect to either bike lanes or sidewalks regardless of the width. No additional bike network should be required for schools.
