Our project is an addition built into the crotch of an L-shaped building. This means that two of the enclosing walls are provided by the existing building while the remaining enclosure is new construction. We are pursuing this credit under Option 1, Path, and using the two existing walls to calculate the percent of existing building reuse. Is this correct?
