IAQ inspection template in Procore

Hello- If you use Procore....

Are your jobs using a template to conduct and create "reports" of their IAQ inspections? Did you set it up in forms or inspections? Would you mind sharing an example template with me? I know Green Badger has a great app to do this, which we use. We would use inspections in Procore for jobs that are not using Green Badger.

Thanks for suggestions, examples or user feedback on this topic that you have received from the feild.

*bonus question- are you including any SCL wellness items in your inspections or keeping it strickly on SMACNA quidelines?

Hi Stephanie, Columbia used Procore inspections to create an inspection template that includes all the items required in a LEED compliante IAQ management plan. We use this on ALL of our projects, not just our LEED projects.

Stephanie Lewis also created inspection templates (Pathway Interruption, HVAC Protection, Source Control, Housekeeping and Scheduling) in Procore to track IAQ documentation. This includes observations questions, narrative, document and/or picture upload.
