"No cooling tower" option removed

It appears that Option 2, "No Cooling Tower," has been removed from this credit with addendum #10002465.

Let's say that my project has a bad quality of potable water, and the concentration levels are the same as Table 2. Therefore, the maximum number of cycles would be "1 cycle".

The guideline said to maximize the number of cycles by not exceeding the maximum concentration level. However, it's unclear what is the maximum cycle numbers that LEED is looking for. In LEED v4...

It is unclear to me what does the total building regulated water use means in this case. Is this equal to the indoor water use (plumbing fixtures use) calculated in the prerequisite?...
