Option 1- what is the minimum number of cycles

Hello,

Let's say that my project has a bad quality of potable water, and the concentration levels are the same as Table 2. Therefore, the maximum number of cycles would be "1 cycle".

We are working in a project were potable water supply has very low concentrations of Cl- (about 15 ppm, 20 times below the maximum level defined in credit language).

It appears that Option 2, "No Cooling Tower," has been removed from this credit with addendum #10002465.
