What requirements apply to the big (over 8cu ft capacity) washing machines used for onsite laundry of bedding and towels?

Per the EPA /Energy Star definition, the commercial washing machines are coin or card operated types for use by multiple residents of a building - this is similar to the situation for hotel guests.

NC-v4.1 MPR2:Must use reasonable LEED boundaries

I am looking to certify only part of a manufacturing building, which will be a newly built extension. In doing so, I'm wondering about where I should put my LEED boundary.
