Where does the project Occupant Load and Usage info get logged/docuemnted for the entire project?

i checking a building that has the main heat pump out of leed boundary, it is in common with other 2 buildings (not leed certified).

We are working on a large scale resort development project which is situated on an natural island . The project has more than 8 diverse uses within its boundary.

Our project (NCv4.1) consists of production area (regulary occupied) and office area.
