I find the reference guide confusing on this credit. Am I reading it correctly that multi-occupant spaces do NOT need to be addressed for lighting controls within v4 Retail projects?

Can a project pursue the prescriptive compliance path if there is not a ASHRAE 50% Advanced Energy Design Guide that is specifically applicable to the base building (i.e.
