Vacant Building - Minimal Occupants to Survey

The MPR for minimum occupancy has been relinquished for LEED EB v4, so we are pursuing a building having only a couple of occupants, in a single tenant building that is currently between tenants.

Denied Exemplary Performance

If you are denied an Exemplary Performance in the Design submittal, can you revise that credit to submit an Exemplary Performance for a different credit, to get the maximum 3 Ex Perform?

If multiple-head showers are installed in a single shower compartment, the reference guide states that we need to sum their flow rates and enter the result as one fixture.

Habitable buildings

Hi, Eliot! 
The project must have at least two habitable buildings, but it would necessarily residential buildings? Would this "habitatable" word be in the sense of residence itself?
