ND-Plan-v4 MPR3:Must comply with project size requirements

Habitable buildings

Hi, Eliot! 
The project must have at least two habitable buildings, but it would necessarily residential buildings? Would this "habitatable" word be in the sense of residence itself?

Antonio, the two buildings can be residential or non-residential or a mix. Eliot
