hello...
I have a project in NYC and for the density option, it says to include all occupied buildings in the calculation. My question is why is this necessary if we are so far beyond the credit threshold AND the exemplary performance? It is taking a very long time to complete and isnt even necessary. For NYC, I have to enter a ton of properties. Does anyone have any insight? I did submit with a few properties, but the review comments require me to include all of the properties.
Thanks, Courtney

No, I don't think it is necessary. This is not addressed in v3 (I think), but v4 specifically states that once you meet the threshold you can stop (see step 2).
Good luck!

Ahhh thanks for pointing this out and quick reply! I should have checked v4. In any case, I just finished including all of the properties, but I will make a note in my response to the review comments. Basically it was a big waste of time because meeting the threshold was never an issue for the credit, we did show that in initial submittal. I think this particular reviewer may be new because they were very nit picky :)
