We have a hospital project that is having 1 Bain Marie. In Process water use under which category we have to consider the equipment, food steamer or in others? Also, the equipment is tailor-made.So the capacity we are considering as water consumption (40gal/unit). How can we get the baseline of this equipment? We didn't get any industrial baseline standard for this equipment. Kindly guide us.There is no other process water use equipment in this hospital.
