EV charging station at shared parking structure

Our project is using a shared parking structure with 500m range from the LEED project. all the EV parking stations are located in that shared parking structure.

Combine EVSE with EV Ready

Dear All,

Do you think you can combine the number of actual EVSE and the number of EV Ready spaces?

I mean let's say 3% of parking spaces with EVSE and 7% additional EV Ready.

Strucure and Enclosure Materials may not constitute more than 30% of the compliant building products

Reference Guide correction 100002183 allows this 30% to be adjusted based on the percent value of structure/enclosure materials compared to total material costs. Actual cost must be used.
