I have a number of staff having trouble navigating GBCI/Prometic software to get scheduled for exams.  When I hit the register button on the LEED GA USGBC website I am getting a 502 bad gateway error.

From my staff:As far as scheduling, I completed my registration/payment for the LEED GA exam on the USGBC website. I was directed to the Green Business Certification Inc. to schedule the exam via Prometric, but the scheduling software is not so simple to use. I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone at GBCI directly to schedule my exam for March 2021 but have had little luck. The entire study group is having the same issue.

Is anyone else having problems, and if so have any solutions been found?
