Our project is located in Philadelphia, PA and the project is therefore eligible for a Regional Priority point for SSc5.1 - Protect or Restore Habitat.

It is absolutely insane the amount of time I (and I'm sure many others) waste working with LEEDOnline. The "quirks and bugs" are entirely too numerous to list.

EAc6 baseline and PP?

It says there is to be a baseline year to compare with the performance period. My project is an addition to an existing building that has never been certified.

Our project is pursuing EAc3 - Enhanced Commissioning. The reference manual states that the CxA performing the enhanced commissioning must also perform the fundamental commissioning.

Our project was denied credit due to a failed pre-requisite during the final review. The client once us to file an appeal to address the pre-requisite.

Shall we use LEED 2009 BD+C if the new building has 35% of energy process ? The main function is mechanical kneading without cooking process and warehouse.
