Would full height glass partitions be calculated both sides as a partition wall, or one side as glazing?

We are working on food production facility and offices. The offices will be in the first two floors of an historic building that the developer is renovating as part of the project.

Steel Joists

We have reused and relocated some steel roof joints in an existing building (between additional existing joists to reduce the spans in an area).

Daylight Simulation Modeling Topography

Our current daylight simulation shows hotspots along a window wall that is shaded by existing trees and topography. We did not model the topography as part of the simulation.

If our LEED project building is a laboratory space are we required to use Labs21 as our benchmark? I know it's probably the preferred method, but is it possible to use other alternative methods?
