Requirements

Maintain the existing building structure (including structural floor and roof decking) and envelope (the exterior skin and framing, excluding window assemblies and nonstructural roofing material). Hazardous materials that are remediated as a part of the project must be excluded from the calculation of the percentage maintained. The minimum percentage building reuse for each point threshold is as follows:
