What do you do when you want to upload a response to review comments but the credit or PI form does not require any uploads thereby not providing an area to upload the response to review comments?

We have a project already passed the Design Phase review almost one year ago then the project was suspended during construction by the Owner for their internal reasons and recently restarted again

We recently received comments on our initial design review submission.

We have finished uploading all the documentation for the Design Submittal and marked all credits "Completed".
