What do you do when you want to upload a response to review comments but the credit or PI form does not require any uploads thereby not providing an area to upload the response to review comments? The credit or PI form does not have a space to type in a response or direct reviewer to another credit where you've uploaded your response.

We create a master response document based on the one the reviewer sends to us and upload one document for each review response/appeal. It contains the reviewer's comments and our response. We organize it so it is easier to read than the one they send us. What do other teams do?

Susan - where exactly in the website do you upload your master response document? In version 2.2 we created something similar for each credit and uploaded it with our credit response. But LEED 2009 doesn't have upload windows for each credit, nor a general upload window for the project as a whole that we can find. So we have the same issue as Stephen...

Thanks for asking these questions about where documentation can and should be uploaded in LEED Online version 3.
For credit-specific information, project teams are encouraged to use the "Additional Details" box, located in every prerequisite and credit form, to provide an additional narrative and/or uploads for review. This “Additional Details” section includes checkboxes for both Alternative Compliance Paths and Special Circumstances. When the Special Circumstances box is checked, the form will open a new narrative text-input field and an upload field. Please use these sections to provide additional documentation, such as narratives that outline the team’s response to the Technical Advice found within their project’s Preliminary Review comments. For example, if a project team is responding to review comments noted in EAp2: Minimum Energy Performance, this Special Circumstances area is a good place to upload a response.
For general project information, such as narratives clarifying project scope, please upload these documents to PIf4 (Schedule and Overview Documents).
If a project form has an IT glitch, or there is confusion about the review comments, please use the Contact Us link (http://www.gbci.org/contactus) to provide specific information, and we will be glad to help. It is, of course, most helpful to ask about IT glitches and review comments prior to submitting for the project's final review.
