As a workspace strategist and passionate sustainable office interior designer, he was instrumental in transforming a number of corporate workscapes, facilitating best work practices resulting in enhanced office productivity and sustainable, healthy space. Steve’s understanding of business processes, the application of technology and integrating green elements into office workspace originated from his 5-year change management consulting with the Farthing West Group in Australia.

Since the late 90's he was a pioneer in practicing sustainable design within an Asian context despite inadequate and often conflicting environmental standards & legislations. Steve is a LEED CI facilitator providing sustainable design solutions pan-Asia. Steve is a LEED AP ID+C.
