Does anyone else out there have problems downloading Reviewer's project reports from LEED Online(V3)?

I went through many iterations to be able to upload when I started this project last year. I finally settled on MSIE 10 in NOT Compatibility mode for working with forms and Mozilla for uploading.

On 9/26/14 I lost the ability to view credit tempolate forms in LOL v3. Three weeks and 163 phone minutes later, the final verdict from GBCI is to buy a new computer.

Two weeks agao, I can upload files easily on the Scorecard. And then all of a sudden, I can't upload documents on Scorecard any more.

After uploading an considerable amount of credit data (but not submitted for review), I noticed that the project is set up to have a split review.

As of today, can campuses be documented using www.leedonline.com or do we need to use the new site https://www.usgbc.org/leedonline.new/ ? No one staffing the phones at GBCI can answer me.

Now LEED Online only works if I use a Chrome extension to Explorer - it does not work in regular Explorer anymore. Why is this the case?

Our very limited experience, and the comments here, indicated that LEED Online is time-wasting, cumbersome, and unresponsive. Nearly dysfunctional.

I have 2 coworkers that I need in my project team. They both registered individual accounts with USGBC.. are able to log in to USGBC and GBCI..

I'm at Windows 8 and when I enter the LEED Online initial page it starts to beahve very weird...it moves, the dark ribbon from the top of the page goes down. Does anyone know?
