Cannot upload files on LEED scorecard

Two weeks agao, I can upload files easily on the Scorecard. And then all of a sudden, I can't upload documents on Scorecard any more. Everytime, when I open the scorecard, the status become "Form is read-only". I've checked my brower's view compability, it is compatible. And I've downloaded the latest version of Adobe 10.1.9. And I use IE9. Is there anyone has the similar problems like me for uploading files? Can you help solve it?

Yes, I contact USGBC, later they found it's because I have two accounts there, one for my work and one for my LEED AP exam. The website does not allow multi-account users. So later USGBC helped me merge my two accounts into one, then I can upload again. And also please remember that your IE browser has to be compatible.
