As of today, can campuses be documented using www.leedonline.com or do we need to use the new site https://www.usgbc.org/leedonline.new/ ? No one staffing the phones at GBCI can answer me.

LEED Online (the new one) is for v4 projects. If you were already using an earlier version of LEED Online for a v2009 project you should keep doing that.My understanding is that LEED Online for Campuses is the go-to place for campuses, though, and this is not replaced by the new LEED Online.

my campus project registered on this site https://www.usgbc.org/leedonline.new but people familiar with the old one are having trouble with it and want to revert back to www.leedonline.com
I think LEED Online for campuses is hosted on the same site as the new LEED Online?

Hmm, I wasn't aware of this, but it does seem like the new LEED Online has absorbed LEED Online for Campus. Based on that, if you are doing a campus project and want to use more advanced certification strategies, you have to use the new LEED Online. LEED Online v3 never supported campuses (except in rudimentary ways), and that has not changed.

I confirmed with USGBC that LEED Online for Campus has become a part of the new LEED Online.

I found some FAQs on the new campus website but it's still not clear to me whether campuses that register now are required to use the new campus website or if they can use a "master site" in www.leedonline.org, AKA "LEED Online version 3.
I understand it is advisable to use the LEED for campus website hosted on https://www.usgbc.org/leedonline.new but is it mandatory? or can people still get awarded points using a master site on www.leedonline.org and apply it to multiple LEED projects on that campus? assuming they are registering today, many months after the campus website was released.
