Living with LEED Online - quirks, bugs and hiccups

Cannot login to LEED Online..

I have 2 coworkers that I need in my project team. They both registered individual accounts with USGBC.. are able to log in to USGBC and GBCI.. but they CANNOT log in to LEED online with the following message 'Invalid E-mail or password' What are they missing? Please help.. Thank you.

Ivan, I don't know—I would contact GBCI.

Dear Ivan: You can resolve this problem? I'm in the same situation, because I cannot log in LEED Online. I receive the same message: "Invalid E-mail or password" . I would be grateful if you could explain the solution, If you solved this problem. Thank you
