We're working on a LEEDv4 Commercial Interiors project in Seattle, WA. Does it matter if the base building is supplying the short term bicycle racks?

The Health and Well-Being section calls for the team to establish health goals for the "surrounding community and supply chain." What do they mean by that?

1) Does a water fountain / bottle filler not count towards indoor water use? There's no option to list them under flow fixtures in the calculator. What am I missing?
